Be are looking to recruit a Management Trainee who will concentrate on the land division side but you will get exposure to all aspects of the business, from acquisition through the planning process to delivery and occupation.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly skilled development team within a rapidly growing business centre.

It is expected that you will have a degree in a Construction or Property related discipline although we would look at an alternative degree if you are able to demonstrate any relevant work experience or passion for the development industry. You will be supported through a structured training programme and a mentor will be assigned to assist with your progress through this scheme.

The programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to all areas of our business to develop your understanding of the devlopment business as a whole not just your chosen discipline. The length of your programme will depend on your entry route, generally between two and four years. On successful completion of the training programme you will be positively supported to complete a professional qualification such as CIOB, RICS or equivalent.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
It is expected that you will have a degree ideally in the built environment and want to pursue further qualifications through a structured training programme that is supported by be. A mentor will assist with your progress through this.

·       12 months relevant work or industry experience.
