Key Responsibilities include:
Support the attraction and development of the team and partner Managers to build teams with solidarity, strength, depth and the capacity to grow. Provide coaching to develop managers of high performance teams and ensure structural bottlenecks are dealt with rapidly and fairly.
Support the embedment of a culture that underpins the business strategy and ethos. This is an empowering non-hierarchical culture that breeds accountability, action, flair and entrepreneurialism whilst maintaining a sense of fairness, fluidity and fun.
Deliver on the talent strategy to ensure continuous pipelining of talent and specialist skills. Support the HRD in the development of an Academy that will enable Be to grow future leaders. You will also work with the team to retain talent through understanding individual and team needs and create an environment that makes Be the place people want to work in the sector.
Provide the business with generalist day to day support to ensure all people matters are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Ensure consistently effective engagement and communication to support the business culture.
Provide business data that identifies improvements and define solutions for improvement.
